The tournament hosted 200 sportsmen on KI, WKO, IFK, KWF, Rengokai versions from Russia (Kirov, Kursk, Orel), Ukraine (Kyev, Novomoskovsk, Irpen), Belarus (Grodno, Lida, Oshmyany, Smorgon, Ostrovets, Stolin, Vitebsk, Minsk, Zhlobin, Gomel, Kalinkovichi, Mogilev).
