Semmy Schilt, Ernesto Hoost, Albert Kraus and Andy Souwer gathered hundreds at the big Best4Seminar in the Netherlands

Last weekend Utrecht in the Netherlands became a true center for combat sports as it hosted the BEST4 Seminar – a large-scale international training camp, organized and led by the world K-1 legends and renowned SENSHI instructors Semmy Schilt, Ernesto Hoost, Albert Kraus and Andy Souwer. They have repeatedly proven their mastery in the ring, becoming icons of combat sports, bringing global recognition to the Netherlands, and turning the country into a magnet for fighters and combat sports fans.

The event took place across at  Sporthallen De Witte in De Bilt and welcomed more than 200 fighters from different countries.

The BEST 4 Seminar was attended by fighters from all levels from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and England, all united by a single goal: to grow as fighters. And all of them had the opportunity to learn from the BEST4 in kickboxing.

Participants immersed themselves in different styles, techniques, and training approaches, with a single goal: to improve, learn new skills, and become better fighters.

The program included two 90-minute training sessions, with a short break in between for recovery and experience sharing. After the sessions, a relaxed meet-and-greet allowed participants to take photos, get autographs, and chat with the instructors. And the name SENSHI was echoed multiple times throughout the seminar.

During the Q&A session, fighters and legends shared personal stories from the ring: how they handle pre-fight nerves, their approach to different opponents, and the lessons they’ve learned over the years.

Everyone left extremely excited and eagerly awaiting the date for the next BEST4 Seminar.
