KWU International Professional League’s Chairman Shihan Ivo Kamenov is known for his sharp and efficient fighting and swords techniques.
In the video below you can see two brief educational sessions with Shihan Ivo Kamenov during one of KWU International Professional League’s training sessions before SENSHI 5 which took place this past February in Varna, Bulgaria.
The first one is with Bulgaria’s Kyokushin karateka Alexander Komanov. Shihan Kamenov is insisting on the proper way of deflecting the adversary’s strikes and showcasing how to throw a genuine uppercut punch.
In the second part of the video, he’s showcasing his swords technique to kickboxing great Semmy Schilt. The Dutch legend is a regular special guest at the KWU International Professional League seminars. Shihan Ivo Kamenov is displaying exceptional balance and coordination with the swords in his hands, which is super important for the right way of learning new and more complicated moves and techniques.
