there was held Specialized Training Kata Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin

Specialized Training Kata

It was organized by SC “Budo-Shin” (Shihan Arcady Motorichev) and has gathered over 70 participants from Sanct-Petersburg, Tver region, Kaliningrad, Archangelsk, Murmansk, Syktyvkar and Republic of Karelia.

Training sessions were dedicated to normative performance of IFK Kyokushin Katas with main Bunkai explanations and criteria of competition judging. Training was completed with practical judging Seminar.
