KWU Germany Summer camp 2019

On 14-16 June, KWU Germany hold traditional camp in their favorite place Lake Verbellin

Exactly 80 members from three different German Kyokushin federations participated in three days camp. Training sessions were held with stones and logs, “ladder-killer”, stretching on sand, kata and bunkai, Bo training, sparring on land and in water, sports and special games, theoretical lessons, meditation, psychoanalysis, and jogging.
