IFK Estonia Training Camp

IFK EstoniaOn the 23-24 January 2016 in Kohtla-Jarve (Estonia)

there was held Training Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin and the Seminar was organized by Yuri Motin, the President of IFK Estonia.

The 1st day was dedicated to Kyokushin basics with self-defense applications and detailed learning of Kanku Dai. The 2nd day was completely dedicated to introductory Knife & Self-defense course.
