Bogotá Hosts Exceptional Masterclass with Shihan Francisco Filho

From November 10th to 12th, Bogotá (Colombia) experienced an extraordinary event in the martial arts world: a masterclass led by the illustrious Shihan Francisco Filho. This event, which saw the participation of 60 enthusiasts, stood out as a unique platform for advanced learning in kickboxing and karate kyokushin.

The event began with a motivational lecture by Francisco Filho on Friday, November 10th, setting the tone for the following days. Saturday was dedicated to kickboxing. In the morning, participants engaged in basic training, absorbing crucial fundamentals. The afternoon brought intense combat and physical conditioning exercises, preparing everyone for the karate kyokushin challenge the next day.

Sunday, in turn, was entirely devoted to karate kyokushin. With morning sessions focused on techniques and precision and afternoon training that included ido geiko, kata, and combat techniques, culminating in a challenging physical conditioning workout, the day was a true journey into martial arts depth.

The masterclass with Shihan Francisco Filho in Bogotá was not just a training event but a celebration of passion and dedication to martial arts. Participants left the event not only with enhanced skills but also with renewed inspiration and admiration for the legacy and teachings of Francisco Filho.
