KWU SENSHI World Cup for Amateurs – Applications Now Open!

Are you ready to step into the ring and showcase your martial arts skills on a global stage?

The opportunity awaits at the XVIII International Summer Camp 2024, hosted by the KWU International Professional League and the Bulgarian Karate Kyokushin Federation (BKKF). Mark your calendars from June 30th to July 7th, 2024, for an unforgettable experience filled with intense training, camaraderie, and the chance to compete in the prestigious KWU SENSHI World Cup for Amateurs. 

The KWU SENSHI World Cup for Amateurs will be held on 4, 5, and 6 July, as follows the schedule of the International Summer Camp 2024:

3 July – Registration and Judgical seminar;
4 July – Preliminary battles;
5 July – Semi-finals;
6 July – Finals during the SENSHI 22 gala night.

With weight categories ranging from -70, -75, -80, -85, -90, and 90+, there’s a place for every fighter to compete.

Each category will be composed of 8 approved competitors. In preliminary fights and semi-finals, fighters wear protective gear such as gloves, helmets, elbow pads, groin and leg protectors. However, in the finals, it’s gloves only – a true test of skill and resilience.

Cash rewards await all participants, motivating fighters to give their all in every match. 

The first battle (qualification) – 1000 Euro for victory – 500 Euro for loss;
The second battle (semifinal) – 1500 Euro for victory – 1000 Euro for loss;
The third battle (final) – 2000 Euro for victory – 1000 Euro for loss.

The KWU SENSHI World Cup for Amateurs will be held according to KWU SENSHI rules, allowing all boxing techniques, including spinning back fist and elbow strikes, all kicking techniques, active clinching, grab and attack, sweeps, and throws.
