Semmy Schilt talks SENSHI online training sessions (video)

4 time K-1 World Grand Prix kickboxing champion Semmy Schilt spoke to FIGHT SPORTS about training during the coronavirus pandemic.

Schilt has been working with his FIGHT GAME Academy training class via SENSHI for ZOOM sessions for the last six Saturdays, providing one of a kind content and workout guiding.

The session’s purpose is to help fight athletes to stay in shape during the coronavirus lockdown.

The former GLORY heavyweight champion said it’s pretty strange to give instructions through the mobile phone camera, but he assumed that is probably the future of the training.

Semmy Schilt has been a special guest referee at the past couple of SENSHI fight nights. Together with Peter Aerts and Ernesto Hoost he was also one of the special guest instructors at the KWU International Professional League Seminars that were put together thanks to Kyokushin World Union and Bulgaria Karate Kyokushin Federation.

If you are interested in joining Semmy’s classes, which take place every Saturday at 5 p.m. CET / 11 a.m. ET, you can sign up via the attached link. Only the first 100 registered can participate in the class due to technical restrictions.
