Nicholas Pettas: The mental trainings are more important than the physical (video)

The winner of the K-1 Japan Grand Prix 2001 Nicholas Pettas delivered extremely helpful and interesting lectures in front of fighters and coaches at the SENSHI summer camp.

The Danish karateka was one of the main instructors of this year’s event in Kamchia, Bulgaria.

He is known for the notable victories over Yusuke Fujimoto, Nobu Hayashi, Musashi, Gökhan Saki, and Péter Varga, but Pettas says in every fight you first need to win with your mind.
