K-1 Legend Peter Aerts: Hard and explosive training is the most important thing (VIDEO)

The 3x K-1 World Heavyweight Champion Peter Aerts gave a special interview for Boec.COM during his visit to Bulgaria for the KWU Professional League Camp in Sofia between the 22nd and 24th of January.

“The Dutch Lumberjack” shared his thoughts on the multiple camps and seminars he was involved in throughout the years and explained why he enjoys so much teaching and being in Bulgaria. 

Aerts, who is one of the main instructors of all the KWU events and a referee at SENSHI events, discussed his future plans for living in Tokyo. He also emphasized the importance of explosive training and working out with quality partners in order to become the best kickboxer you can be.
