KWF Costa Rica hosted the first all female sparring session

KWF Kyokushinkai Costa Rica hosted the first

all female sparring session on October 14th 2016

Members from KWF, Shidokan and Kyokushinkan attended this first reunion in order to unite full contact Karate, and to make their fighting level grow.
Hopefully this will be a training that can take place once a month visiting the different Dojos of our country.
