Kickboxing Legends Shihans Francisco Filho and Glaube Feitosa Lead Seminar in Salvador

This past Sunday, August 18, 2024, the city of Salvador, Bahia, hosted two world-renowned kickboxing icons, Shihan Francisco Filho and Shihan Glaube Feitosa, for an exclusive seminar that attracted enthusiasts and practitioners of the sport. The event took place from 9 AM to noon, drawing 52 participants of various experience levels, all eager to learn directly from two of the sport’s greatest names.

The seminar offered a rare opportunity for participants to gain technical knowledge and valuable insights from Shihan Francisco Filho, globally recognized for his career in Kyokushin and K-1, and Shihan Glaube Feitosa, famed for his fearsome “Brazilian kick” and his successful trajectory in the international kickboxing circuit.

Over three hours of intensive training, the masters shared advanced techniques in kicking, punching, and defense, along with strategic and philosophical insights essential for the development of any kickboxing practitioner. The attendees, who came from various gyms across Bahia and other states, ranged from beginners to more experienced athletes, all united by the common goal of improving their skills under the guidance of these living legends.

The atmosphere was one of enthusiasm and dedication, with participants making the most of every tip and correction offered by the Shihans, who kept the seminar dynamic and interactive. At the end of the session, there was a special moment for photos and autographs, making the day truly unforgettable for everyone involved.

This seminar in Salvador reaffirmed the importance of kickboxing in the city’s sports and cultural scene while inspiring a new generation of athletes to follow in the footsteps of greats like Francisco Filho and Glaube Feitosa.
