On the 25-26 February in Tomsk there was held Specialized Kata and Referee Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin.
The event was held according to the schedule of RKF Kata Committee with participating of Commettee’s members Senseis Sergey Shageev and Alexander Brevnov. Kata training and detailed explaining of combat techniques’ application (bunkai) was combined with teaching referee criteria for competition and grading and completed with practical referee seminar. There were 35 participants from Tomsk and Tomsk region (Seversk, Melnikovo, Zyrianka), Krasnoyarsk, Minusinsk, Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Kemerovo and Mirny (Republic of Saha). The organizer – Seversk Kyokushin Karate Federation (Responsible Sensei Sergey Shageev).
