KWUCHAMP 2019 Information for CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE

Information for CREDENTIALS COMMITTEE for the 4th KWU Kyokushin World Championship among men and women in weight categories

December 7-8, 2019, Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan 

1. National teams should go through the credentials committee strictly according to the schedule. The schedule will be sent to you a week before the start of the World Championship.

2. The whole team should arrive on December 6th, at the Park Inn Hotel 10 minutes in advance before the time specified in the schedule of the credentials committee.

3. To go through the credentials committee, you are required to submit the following documents:
– passport (the competitor’s age is determined as of the day of the credentials committee, which is December 6th, 2019);
– sports doctor’s authorization as fit to compete (in English or Russian language), must be dated no earlier than November 6th, 2019;
– HIV antibodies test certificate (in English or Russian language), must be done no earlier than November 6th, 2019;
– HBV antibodies test certificate (in English or Russian language), must be done no earlier than November 6th, 2019;
– HCV antibodies test certificate (in English or Russian language), must be done no earlier than November 6th, 2019;
– Accident insurance valid at the time of the competition (original, in English or Russian language);
– written application form of a competitor – Attachment №1 to the Provision of holding the 4th KWU Kyokushin World Championship among men and women in weight categories;
– top of dogi and obi (belt) (to make a photo and to sew on it the entry number and the logo);
women competitors should present their protectors: a chest protector that meet the required standard, and shin and foot guard.

ATTENTION! It is allowed to have on a dogi the logo of the international organization and the flag of the country that the competitor represents. All irrelevant marks or symbols on a dogi will be removed or covered with a white cloth.
