Five members of Trifu Dojo and KWF Australia
attended on seminar organised by IFK Australia. The day started nice and early with a beach training session then we moved indoors for the rest of the day.
The Special guest was the Vice President of IFK (International) Shihan David Pickthall from the UK. We all enjoyed the seminar, it was an all round seminar with a lot of information. It was both hard work and extremely technical. Looking forward to see Shihan David again. Highly recommend any of his seminars so to all of you Kyokushin karateka on Facebook, attend one of the seminars then you see what I mean. Osu Shihan David!
