Another excellent squad session for Juniors & Cadets was hed today. The next GB squad session in on Saturday the 6th May from 11am to 2pm. This will be held at Caerphilly dojo which is in the YMCA in Abertridw.
This session is open to all juniors and cadets from both Wales and England. This is a great chance to train with everyone so please try to attend and make the most of this opportunity.
If you want to be part of the international team who we send to fight in the competitions above you must attend. Bring shin pads & mits and refreshments.
