After the fight Andrei Chekhonin was given 2nd Dan

After Andrei Chekhonin’s unprecedented victory over Abderachim Shafe (France) with a technical knockout in the WAKO PRO kickboxing world title match up to 85.1 kilograms of SENSHI 5, the Executive director of the KWU Professional Kyokushin League and Chairman of the National combat sports association in Bulgaria Shihan Ivo Kamenov, was given the black belt 2nd Dan to the new world champion.
