The sports section Hunger de Bola, from Jornal das Cinco, this Friday (16) received the well-known Shihan Ronan Ramos, who is president of the Brazilian Federation of Karate Kyokushin Mas Oyama from Sorocaba and owner of Athenas Academia, here in the city.
He was accompanied by one of the icons of Kyokushin karate: Francisco Filho, and his wife Eveline Deczuta.
For those who don’t know, Francisco Filho is the first Brazilian Shihan and one of the few Brazilians to complete the “100 men” challenge in Japan. He told about that experience, how he got into martial arts, and who Andy Hug was in his life.
On Saturday 17, Shihan Francisco Filho, at the invitation of Shihan Ronan Ramos, gives a seminar on karate at Athenas Academia. There was participation of students, and professors from different associations, including those from abroad.
