Shihan Glaube Feitosa: You always have to keep trying harder and harder, constantly

A person alone cannot reach the highest level. Especially in martial arts. I was very lucky to be surrounded by good people and I am very grateful to everyone who helped me. This is what Kyokushin karate legend Shihan Glaube Feitosa said in a special interview for Bloomberg TV Bulgaria.

I grew up with the training. I was almost 12 when I started. I have the mindset that you should never give up, that you should always keep trying harder and harder, constantly. When you grow up, if you model this type of thinking, if you do your work, if you study, you start to think like that“, said Feitosa.

When we practice Kyokushin karate, we always say Osu! This word means a lot. As you study, you understand the meaning of that word and then apply it to your life. Osu is everything to me. It means: keep going, don’t give up. This little word in Kyokushin karate means a lot”, he repeated.

Commenting on the upcoming titanic fights of SENSHI at the Palace of Culture and Sports in Varna on December 3rd, Feitosa said that for the first time she will be able to watch the competitions live and again expects a quality production and a spectacular fight show.

You can watch the whole interview with Shihan Glaube Feitosa in the video.

Shihan Glaube Feitosa (5th Dan) is K-1 World Grand Prix Las Vegas Champion, 2-times Brazil Open Champion, South American Champion, and silver medalist from the 1st World Weight Championship.
