IFK Australia Clicker Championship 2017 – Results

Once again, we had a great tournament on Sunday 26th Feb, with over 70 competitors.

Congratulations to everyone who took part, and of course in particular to all those who placed. Someone has to win; that’s what competition is all about.

A big well done also to all the officials. For some of them it was the first time “live” and they all performed very well. Still, there’s always room for improvement, as with anything in life, and we will always strive towards that. Thanks also to the volunteers who handled the score keeping. IFK Australia: Karate Camp 2017

For the 4th year running

Shihan David Pickthall goes to Australia. He will share his extensive experience in all aspects of Kyokushin Karate as taught by the IFK.

IFK Australia share their event in Facebook and invite every karateka: Early bird pricing up to the 20th of December, everyone welcome for all other Kyokushin organisations, and other martial arts.

AFKO (Australian Full Contact Organisation) first meeting

Historical event: AFKO (Australian Full Contact Organisation) first official meeting was held on June 26, 2016

in Sydney, Australia right after Shihan Koen Spitaels seminar

The leaders from four different Full contact organisations were present. Led by Shinkyokushin South Pacific Chairman, Shihan Peter Volke, all four Australian Shinkyokushin branch Chiefs were present: Shihan Peter Volke. Shihan David Jacobs, Sensei John Hall and Sensei Yasunari Yahiro. So-Kyokushin country Representative Shihan James Phillips, Kancho Peter Mylonas, the leader of Kempo Ryu and Daniel Trifu KWF country representative (KWU member)
