FAVORITES OF THE 3rd KWU WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP – Women +70 kg.

In the last days before the championship we will introduce you favorites of the 3rd KWUCHAMP

The forecast based on the current statistics of athletes is nothing more than a forecast. At the World Championship 2015, the most “calculated” forecasts did not concur even by 50%.

Women +70 kg

Weight category over 70 kg (9 participants)

The winners of previous two World Championships in this weight category are:

  1. Marinova Aleksandra (Bulgaria);
  2. Gendik Tatiana (Russia).

The main event in this weight category may become the confrontation between an experienced Russian woman Maria Panova and a young Polish Aleksandra Karpuk. If these athletes are not made to compete against each other earlier, then their place is in the finals.

Diana Balsyte from Lithuania is also very dangerous, with a high degree of probability she will be with a medal.

Also for bronze Angela Gaspar from Spain and Roxanne Ramselaar from Netherlands can compete.

The analysis of the favorites is based on the comparison of athletes’ achievements in the period from 2015 to the present day.

However, the forecast based on the current statistics of athletes is nothing more than a forecast. At the World Championship 2015, the most “calculated” forecasts did not concur even by 50%.

Tatami is the place for a feat. Whoever will be ready for the feat on the day of the tournament will win a medal.
