Seminar with Kenji Yamaki Cracow, Poland

On 23-24 January 2016 in Cracow YMCA martial arts hall,

International Seminar with shihan Kenji Yamaki took place. 120 instructors and fighters, representing countries: England, Ireland, Czech R., Germany and Poland participated.

Before the seminar, shihan Yamaki visited Cracow’s Marshal Office. Frist training session was focused on improving body work in order to strengthen punching and kicking techiniques. Second training session was focused on work out with sandbags and kicking pads. Following training sessions were focused on kumite combinations and defence techiniques for real fight. Cooperation and friendship between KWF Australia and IFK Australia

attended on seminar organised by IFK Australia. The day started nice and early with a beach training session then we moved indoors for the rest of the day.

The Special guest was the Vice President of IFK (International) Shihan David Pickthall from the UK. We all enjoyed the seminar, it was an all round seminar with a lot of information. It was both hard work and extremely technical. Looking forward to see Shihan David again. Highly recommend any of his seminars so to all of you Kyokushin karateka on Facebook, attend one of the seminars then you see what I mean. Osu Shihan David! Seminar with Shihan David Pickthall

seminarIFK Australia had their annual Summer camp in Sydney,

Australia under the guidance of Shihan David Pickthall. The 3 day camp had sessions of Kihon, Kata and Kumite plus an early morning beach session.

Kyokushin training in Valencia, Spain

On January 23th was held kyokushin training session

in Benetusser, Valencia – Spain.

The event was organized by Club Sensei J.A. Garcia Kyokushinkai, member of KWF Spain (Shihan Antonio Piñero).

98 members of different federation trained together – Kyokushin World Fedaration (KWF), Kyokushin World Unión – KWU, Shinkyokushin Jesus Talán (WKO), IFK Spain and Kyokushin World Rengokai  – karatekas from all over the Spain.

IFK Estonia Training Camp

IFK EstoniaOn the 23-24 January 2016 in Kohtla-Jarve (Estonia)

there was held Training Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin and the Seminar was organized by Yuri Motin, the President of IFK Estonia.

The 1st day was dedicated to Kyokushin basics with self-defense applications and detailed learning of Kanku Dai. The 2nd day was completely dedicated to introductory Knife & Self-defense course.
