There is always the question of “what if?” in a fight (video)

When it comes to a fight, there is always the question of “what if?”

Andy Souwer: “What if I didn’t go down? What if my opponent didn’t land that punch on my stomach? These thoughts can linger in our minds and make us wonder about different outcomes. For example, when talking with Lucas Achterberg from Germany yesterday [after the SENSHI 19 gala night], I couldn’t help but think, what if he hadn’t been hit in the stomach?”

Would things have turned out differently? It’s natural for these kinds of questions to arise, and they can even give us motivation to keep pushing ourselves. Watch the video, and maybe you will find the answers:
