Samed “The King” Agdeve Steps Into the Battle for Glory at SENSHI Grand Prix

The beach near the More restaurant in the resort complex St. St. Constantine and Helena, Varna, Bulgaria, will once again turn into an arena of titanic clashes. On September 13, SENSHI 28 will present an entirely new format for the promotion and for the country – the SENSHI Grand Prix – a fierce knockout competition in the heavyweight division. The historic first edition of a Grand Prix tournament in Bulgaria promises combat sports fans at home and abroad tons of action and unpredictable twists until the very last second.

Among the participants in this remarkable fight event is the young Turkish sensation Samed Agdeve, known by his nickname “The King.” He shared with the combat media Boec.bg how his preparation for the big event is going. At only 21 years old, he has already left his mark in the world of combat sports, winning the titles WAKO European Champion (2021), WAKO World Champion (2022), and WAKO World Cup Champion (2023). At SENSHI, he holds one victory so far, with his last bout being at SENSHI 27. Standing 190 cm tall and weighing 105 kg, Agdeve is one of the most dangerous fighters in the tournament.

The young Turk has been training in martial arts for 12 years, inspired by the legendary fights of Gökhan Saki. His daily routine is entirely devoted to the sport – mornings start with running and gym workouts, while evenings are dedicated to technique, pads, and sparring. His favorite part of training is precisely sparring and working on the heavy bag. For him, the balance between physical and mental preparation comes naturally, as he believes he was born to fight.

According to him, a true champion must be hardworking, disciplined, dedicated, confident, and respectful – qualities he carries with him every time he steps into the ring. His most unforgettable moment so far was a fight in which he was knocked down three times, but still got back up and won by knockout – proof of his resilience and strong fighting spirit.

For Agdeve, kickboxing is more than just a sport – it is a natural therapy, a way to overcome difficulties and keep his balance. His greatest goal is to hold the SENSHI championship belt within a year and prove that he is among the future stars on the global stage. “Strength, respect, family” – this is how he describes SENSHI, the organization that, in his view, gives fighters a unique opportunity to show themselves and to be appreciated by both fans and experts.

Samed Agdeve enters the SENSHI Grand Prix with the ambition and confidence of a young champion, determined to leave his mark and fulfill his dream – to become number one. You can still get tickets for the spectacular combat show from the network of  Eventim.bg.

SENSHI 28 Grand Prix is organized in cooperation with the KWU International Professional League, as well as with the special support of Armeec Insurance Company, MAX Sport, Bulgaria Air, M Car Group – BMW dealer and Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Service, and St. St. Constantine and Helena Holding.
