Team Rosin Summer camp 2023 Invitation
Purpose: Pre-season camp focused on mainly sparring and partner drills as well as general physical preparation.
Participation requirements: Competing at an international level. Minimum 14 years old.
Dates: 28th of July – 6th of August 2023.
Location: Björke, ca 15 minutes north of Gävle Sweden
Cost: 2000 SEK, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day
Accommodation: Sleeping in the sports hall, bring your own sleeping gear.
Schedule: 3 training sessions/day, rest days 31st of July and 3rd of August. The detailed schedule will be released later.
Equipment: 1-2 sets of protection for sparring, training clothes for indoor and outdoor training, running- and weightlifting/gym shoes.

Limited to only 30 places!
Travel: All travel costs have to be covered by the participants themselves, the organizers will be able to pick you up in Gävle and drive you to the campsite. The nearest airport is Arlanda, ca 140km south of Gävle. There are regular train and bus connections between Gävle and Arlanda.
