Montreal Hosts Technical Seminar in Kyokushin and Kickboxing with Shihan Francisco Filho and Shihan Glaube Feitosa

The city of Montreal recently hosted a technical seminar in Kyokushin Karate and Kickboxing that gathered practitioners and enthusiasts of these martial arts. The event, featuring Shihan Francisco Filho and Shihan Glaube Feitosa as lead instructors, was organized by Shihan Dominic Ohan, head of KWU SENSHI in Canada, marking the organization’s official launch in the country.

Participants had the opportunity to learn from masters Francisco Filho and Glaube Feitosa, who are globally recognized for their technical precision and depth in martial arts approaches. The seminar included practical sessions focused on developing combat skills and the mindset required in Kyokushin and Kickboxing.

In addition to the lead instructors, the seminar also featured the presence of Shihan Pierre Cataford from Kyokushin Nakamura, whose participation reinforced the spirit of exchange and unity among different Kyokushin schools. The success of the event signals a new phase in the development of Kyokushin and Kickboxing in Canada, with KWU SENSHI set to play an important role in promoting these martial arts in the country.

This inaugural event was a significant milestone for KWU SENSHI in Canada, highlighting Shihan Dominic Ohan’s dedication to building a strong, committed community. His leadership in organizing the seminar not only drew practitioners from various regions but also established KWU SENSHI as a new pillar for the growth of Kyokushin and Kickboxing in the country. Ohan has proven to be a strong force in promoting martial arts in Canada, creating an environment of learning and respect that promises to expand the organization’s presence nationwide.
