Masterclass with Shihan Francisco Filho in Barranquilla is a Resounding Success!

The acclaimed martial arts event that rocked Barranquilla on November 3rd, 4th, and 5th exceeded all expectations! The masterclass, led by the renowned Shihan Francisco Filho, was organized for members of the KWU SENSHI Colombia. This elite gathering provided a unique opportunity for these dedicated practitioners to learn from one of the world’s top names in kickboxing and karate.

The event kicked off on Friday, November 3rd, with an inspiring lecture delivered by Shihan Filho. Saturday began with a basic kickboxing workout in the morning, providing a solid foundation for the attendees. In the afternoon, participants were challenged with an intense combat and physical conditioning session, gearing them up for the following day’s challenges.

Sunday was dedicated to karate kyokushin. The morning was marked by an introductory training session in this martial art, focusing on technique and precision. The afternoon was even more intense, featuring ido geiko and kata fighting techniques, culminating in rigorous physical conditioning training for fighters. This final challenging and rewarding session marked the end of the masterclass, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts and minds of all those present.
