Last weekend, Sensei Dominic Monasso, Sensei Andre van Wezel, and Shihan Paul Lorist of Gouken Dojo were honored to be part of the 10th Kyokushin Summer Camp hosted by OIKK ITALIA – KARATE KYOKUSHINKAI ACSI – KWF in Gallipoli, Italy. Despite the high temperatures reaching 35 degrees Celsius, the Italian karateka showed their dedication through an intensive training program that balanced kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring).
We would like to congratulate Shihan Tommaso Schirinzi for celebrating his 10th anniversary with this amazing camp! It was such an honor to train alongside all of you and share our dojos. Let’s continue on this journey together as we strive towards more training camps, camaraderie, and growth within ourselves.
