SENSHI Invitational Camp Sets a New Standard in Fighter Preparation

The first SENSHI Invitational Camp gathered 32 fighters from 13 countries in Varna for three days of high-intensity training led by kickboxing legends Albert Kraus and Andy Souwer.

The SENSHI Invitational Training Camp took place from October 16 to 18 in Varna, Bulgaria, setting a new benchmark for fighter preparation. Over three days, 32 elite athletes from 13 countries trained together under the guidance of world-renowned SENSHI instructors Albert Kraus and Andy Souwer.
The program included technical and sparring sessions with high intensity. During these sessions, fighters received detailed feedback and hands-on experience from two of the sport’s greatest champions. As a result, the atmosphere throughout the camp was both competitive and inspiring.

Shihan Ivo Kamenov Attends the SENSHI Invitational Camp

A particularly inspiring moment came during the sixth training session on Saturday, when Shihan Ivo Kamenov, Executive Director of the KWU International Professional League and Chairman of the National Association of Martial Arts in Bulgaria, attended the training.
He observed the fighters during their sparring sessions and offered strategic guidance. Moreover, he shared valuable advice on discipline, mindset, and focus, encouraging the participants to continue improving their performance. Finally, he wished them success in their future challenges.

Top SENSHI Fighters and International Participants

Among the Bulgarian representatives were Atanas BozhilovVladimir ValevDragomir PetrovPetar StoykovOgnyan MirchevDeyan GalinovKonstantin StoykovAli Yuzeir, and Daniel Getsov.
In addition to being a long-time cutman at professional SENSHI galas, Getsov is also an active fighter. For instance, at SENSHI 6, he earned a decisive victory over a strong opponent from Kazakhstan.

The SENSHI Invitational Camp also featured top international fighters who have appeared on the SENSHI stage. Among themSamo Petje from Slovenia – the reigning SENSHI European Champion (-75 kg) and a five-time winner – last faced Christian Baya at SENSHI 26 in May 2025.

FurthermoreMichael Samperi from Italy, who defeated Constantin Rusu from Moldova at SENSHI 24, joined the training camp as well.
MeanwhileValentin Knau from Germany participated in SENSHI 25 in February 2025, where he faced Konstantin Stoykov in a high-paced match that impressed both the audience and the judges.

Other notable participants included Frangis Goma (France), who stood out at SENSHI 16 in 2023, Dominik Bereczki (Hungary), Daniele ValenteFabian Lorito, and Michael Samperi (Italy), Pedro Grandjo (Spain), Giannis EminovValentinos Kiriakidis, and another Greek representative, Uros Neskovic and Djordje Neskovic (Serbia), Adrian-Madalin Baciu and Tudor Potoroaca (Romania), Mirko Vasilev (North Macedonia), and Ehsan Hamid Sajed (Netherlands).
Together, they demonstrated exceptional skill and a shared commitment to the SENSHI spirit of discipline and respect.

Next SENSHI Training Camps and Upcoming Events

The SENSHI Invitational Camp marks the beginning of a new tradition. Its goal is to unite elite fighters from around the world to exchange experience, raise their technical level, and train under the guidance of world-class instructors. Therefore, the second edition of the SENSHI Invitational Camp will take place in November 2025. Follow SENSHI’s social media channels for updates on upcoming instructors and participants.

For all other active competitors, the KWU International Professional League will host the final International Training Camp of the year, taking place December 4–7 in Varna. The registration deadline is November 5, 2025.

The highlight of that weekend will be SENSHI 29, scheduled for December 6 at the Palace of Culture and Sports – Varna, featuring 11 spectacular bouts and an unforgettable atmosphere.
