The Norwegian Summer Camp NKKO 2025 – A Remarkable Success

From June 25th to 29th, 2025, the Norwegian Summer Camp in Moi brought together 145 participants for an unforgettable martial arts experience. Led by our esteemed president, Shihan Antonio Pinero, the camp provided an inspiring atmosphere for both seasoned practitioners and newcomers alike. His dedication and passion for teaching resonated with everyone, creating an environment of learning, growth, and camaraderie.

In addition to Shihan Pinero, the camp featured a distinguished team of instructors, including Shihan Tom Sølve Erga, Shihan Geir Havreberg, Shihan Gorm Øyan, Shihan Jarle Sundvor, Sensei Johnny Reiestad, Sensei Yilmaz Zorlu, Sensei Roy Svensen, and Senpai Torbjørn Amundsen. Each instructor brought their unique expertise, ensuring a well-rounded training experience for all.

A special highlight of the camp was the participation of Shihan Kai Hallamaa and his students from Finland. Their presence added to the dynamic atmosphere, and we look forward to welcoming them again next year.

The camp covered a wide range of training, from kihon and kata to kumite, providing participants with the opportunity to refine their skills and deepen their understanding of martial arts.

We are already excited for the next event, the Winter Camp in Etne, Norway, scheduled for February 5th to 8th, 2026. Stay tuned for more details, and we hope to see you there!
