On September 14-16, 2018 a master class with Shihan Alexey Gorokhov
was held in Hungary. The training sessions were organized by Katalin Mato and Bela Boke Senseis and were held in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
In addition to the author’s method of training from Alexey Gorokhov, there was a traditional for Nizhny Novgorod, Russia karate Sunday running training, as well as stretching based on the methods of Itsuan.
Shihan Alexey Gorokhov, being the head of the methodical Committee of WFKO, held talks with the heads and coaches of the Hungarian Federation IFK.
The rules of professional matches, the criteria for the selection of athletes to participate in the WFKO tournaments were explained. As a result of the negotiations, the concept of further cooperation between WFKO and the Hungarian Kyokushin karate Federation was determined.
