Ernesto Hoost: I want to see SENSHI fighers in Bellator and ONE FC

Kickboxing legend and four-time K-1 WGP winner Ernesto Hoost was instructor at the latest KWU International Professional League’s seminar.

“Mr.Perfect” enjoyed his stay at the 14th annual KWU International Summer Camp in Kamchia.

22 Senpais and Senseis were awarded as KWU International Professional League instructors

During the last day of the 14th KWU International summer Kyokushin camp Varna 2020, an awarding ceremony took place in an unofficial laid-back event.

It was opened by Shihan Aleksandr Pichkunov (5 dan), who is the Secretary-General of the Kyokushin World Union (KWU). On the ceremony 22 Senpais and Senseis were awarded certificates for instructors by the Chairman of the KWU Professional League and Chairman of the Bulgarian Martial Arts Association Shihan Ivo Kamenov (6 dan):

Bulgaria’s Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev has awarded kickboxing legends in Kamchia

Bulgaria’s Minister of Youth and Sports Krasen Kralev visited yesterday the 14th annual KWU International Summer Camp in Kamchia.

Back to the roots: KWU International Professional League (Part 2)

In 2019 SENSHI fight nights showcased a completely “new” KWU International Professional League rules. The battles are full contact with head strikes, allowing even throws and elbow strikes.

With the first SENSHI gala, the organizers presented this idea. There was one fight under these rules, but the second edition of SENSHI presented four full contact clashes.

At the beginning of July, the XIII International KWU Summer Camp was held in Kamchia, with a record number of 1618 participants and trainers from 28 countries. The rules of the KWU International Professional League were presented to karatekas. A technical seminar, a refereeing seminar, karate training, and special training seminars were held with Semmy Schilt and Peter Aerts.
